Ingredients:

 

2 boiled eggs
75g curd cheese
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 slices whole-grain bread
a pinch chives

 

Directions:

Cut the hard boiled eggs into slices. Stir the curd with the curry, salt and pepper.
Spread the curry-curd on the piece of bread and put the egg slices and some chives on top of it.
