Chicken salad

Ingredients:

 

150g chicken breast fillet
25g black currants
¼ onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
50g Green salad
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
25g Rocket

 

Directions:

Cut the chicken breast into slices and sear the meat for approxiamtely 5 minutes. Cut the onion into cubes and add. Let the meat simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes.

Put the green salad and the rocket into a salad bowl and garnish the salad with the onions and the chicken-slices.
Season everything with salt and pepper, then dress the salad with the raspberry vinegar.
