Recommended use:
Add 1 heaped scoop (5 g) of Women’s Best
L-Glutamine powder to a shaker or glass filled with 250–350ml of your preferred drink, such as fruit juice or
coffee, and mix for 10 seconds.
For an extra boost:
Mix 1 heaped scoop of L-Glutamine powder into your Women’s Best BCAA, Amino &
Energy, Protein Shake or Weight Gainer Shake.
For optimal results:
On training days: take 1 dose of prepared L-Glutamine as described 15–30
minutes after your workout.
On non-training days: take 1 dose of prepared L-Glutamine before breakfast,
lunch or dinner.
