Ingredients:

 

250g green asparagus
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
35g gorgonzola
25g tomato
1 tablespoon parsley

 

Directions:

Wash the aspargus and peel it. In the meantime, heat a pot of salt water, together with a tablespoon of butter, some sugar and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Then, let the asparagus cook for 12 minutes in the mixture.

Now, cut the gorgonzola into slices. Strain the asparagus and add the gorgonzola. Then, let the aspargus gratinate in an oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 4 minutes.

Wash, core and cut the tomatoes into cubes. Briefly braise the tomatoes, together with the parsley, and add some salt and pepper. Prepare everything on a plate and enjoy.
