Brunch Quesadillas

Ingredients:

 

1 apple
2 pieces wheaten tortillas
50 g mozzarella 8,5%fat grated
1 tomato in small cubes
80g mashed kidney beans
salt
pepper

 

Directions:

Spread the mashed kidney beans on a tortilla, add the cut tomato cubes and season it. Spread the mozzarella over it and put a second tortilla on top.
Heat a large pan on medium temperature and roast the quesadilla for 1-2 minutes before you turn it and roast the other side as well. Take it out, cut it into pieces and serve it.
