You have 14 days to return your order under our return policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. When you receive an item, please ensure that you take reasonable care of it when trying it/inspecting it e.g., please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact. Reimbursement requests of dietary supplements will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement’s packaging is unopened and is in its original packaging.
Refuse package at delivery
If you would like to return your product you can either refuse the package at delivery or send the package back by post. Costs for returning packages will be paid by the customer.
