1 frozen banana
1/2 apple
1/2 mango
1/2 teaspoon spirulina
1 handful spinach
1 tablespoon oats
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon natural sweetener (optional)
Ice

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
