1 scoop (15g) WOMEN’S BEST "SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Chocolate
1 cup skim milk
2 tsp safflower oil
1 handful ice
1 banana
1 package instant breakfast

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
