Apple-Cinnamon-Muesli

Ingredients:

 

2 tablespoons oatmeal
3 tablespoons corn flakes (unsweetened)
½ apple
8 tablespoons soy yogurt
10 tablespoons soy milk
1 teaspoon honey
a pinch cinnamon

 

Directions:

Blend oatmeal and cornflakes in a bowl. Wash, peel and cut the apple. Grate over blended flakes. Add soy yogurt, soy milk and honey.
Season with cinnamon.
