Ingredients:

 

4 tablespoons oat flakes
1 egg yolk
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon almonds
1 tablespoon raisins

 

Directions:

Combine the oat flakes with the egg yolk and the egg white in a bowl. Add sunflower seeds, almonds and raisins and stir it. Put the dough into a pan, portion by portion, and fry each waffle for 3 - 5 minutes on every side.
