Ingredients:

 

2 clementine
1 dried dates
1 teaspoon honey
40g unsweetened cereals
5g hazelnuts
150ml low-fat yoguhrt
a pinch cinnamon

 

Directions:

Peel the clementines, divide them into pieces and put them into a bowl. Add the dried dates and sprinkle the mix with some honey and cinnamon.
Afterwards, add unsweetened cereals and some hazelnuts. Finally, combine everything with the yogurt.
