For the Chia Pudding30g Chia Seeds
200ml Soy Milk
Stevia/Agave for Sweetening
For the Acai Smoothie20g WOMEN’S BEST SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
1 Tsp. Acai Berry Powder
2-3 Tbsp. Soy Milk
Fruit of Choice to top with
1. Prepare your Chia Pudding 2-3 before Eating or in the Evening before.
2. Simply combine Milk, Seeds, Sweetener of Choice and Vanilla.
3. Stir every 5 Minutes in the Beginning. Let set in the Fridge until it gets a pudding-like Consistence.
4. For the Acai Smoothie just mix Banana, Slim Shake, Acai Powder and Milk until smooth.
5. Serve Chia Pudding with Acai Smootie in a Bowl and top with your favorite Fruit or Muesli.
