French Toast

Ingredients:

1 Portion (two Toasts) || wheat free, sugar free, no Oil used || about 20 Minutes||easy to make

 

20g WOMEN’S BEST SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Chocolate
2 Slices Spelt Toast
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Milk (I use Soy Milk)
1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
A Dash of Baking Powder
Bourbon Vanilla (Xucker) as desired
Cinnamon
Toppings as desired

 

Directions:

Pre-heat your Oven to 175 Degrees.
Combine Egg with Milk, Slim Body Shake, Baking Powder and Vanilla.
Dip the Toasts one by one into the Egg Mass.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Coconut Flakes.
Place them on a Baking Sheet which is covered with Baking Paper.
Bake for 15 Minutes on a Middle Track, but turn them round after half of Baking Time.
Top with fresh Fruit, Yoghurt as desired.
