Sugared Pancake

Ingredients:

Serves One 

 

1 Scoop (15g) WOMEN’S BEST SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
40g Spelt Flour
2 Egg-Whites
80ml Milk (I use Soy Milk)
1 tablespoon sweetener ( Xucker / Stevia )
Bourbon Vanilla
Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil
Toppings as desired (I used fresh Berries and Greek Yoghurt)

 

Directions:

1.    In a Bowl, combine Slim Body Shake, Flour, Milk, Cinnamon and Vanilla.

2.    In another Bowl, beat your Egg Whites and put in Xucker.

3.    If your Egg Whites are stiff, gently stir into the Milk-Mixture.

4.    In a huge Pan, heat up some Coconut Oil on a medium-low Heat.

5.    Fill in your whole Pancake Dough and spread it like a huge Pancake.


6.    Wait about 5-7 Minutes until the Eggs are baked well from one Side and you see Bubbles on the Surface.

7.    Then, use two Chieflies, flip your giant Pancake round and bake from the other Side for another 2-3 Minutes.

8.    Now, cut it into small Pieces, add a bit Xucker to caramelize and top with desired Ingredients!
