How to make you Hair grow SUPERFAST!

On average, hair grows about a half an inch per month. FAR TOO LITTLE! Fortunately you can boost your hair growth by following these remedies. Want a long and super-healthy mane? Here we go!

Castor oil

Castor oil works wonders for hair growth! Thousands of people state that using it can spur hair growth three to five times the normal rate. Castor oil contains healthy fatty acids that make your hair look very shiny, glossy and healthy, especially, if you do it regularly. Massage your scalp with it and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. This gives the oil enough time to penetrate the scalp, hair follicles, and hair shaft. Then shampoo your hair (you might even need to shampoo your hair twice). You can also mix the castor oil with an equal amount of coconut, olive, almond or essential oil (for the smell). Do this treatment once a week.

Increase Blood Flow

Massaging promotes blood flow to the scalp, which in turn stimulates the hair follicles. Just warm up a little bit of castor or coconut oil (never boil the oil), so that it’s comfortable to touch, then, gently massage your scalp with this treatment.
Massage your head, gently going through the roots of your hair in circular motions. This scalp massage can last for about fifteen or twenty minutes, then spread the oil on the length of your hair, wait for about half an hour and shampoo your locks thoroughly.

Feed your hair from the inside

Having beautiful hair doesn't just depend on which products you put on your hair, it also depends on what you put into your body. Biotin is also known as beauty-vitamin, which is essential for gorgeous skin and hair growth. If you are vegetarian, it is very likely that you have a b vitamin deficiency, because biotin is mostly found in animal products like eggs and . It is also present in soy and whole grains. If you don’t like these foods, take a biotin supplement instead.

Stay away from products that contain silicones, sulfate or alcohols

These products create an illusion of healthier, smoother hair, but actually they are toxic for you hair. Why? Because they tend to coat the hair shaft and seal out moisture, clogging hair follicles, making your hair weaker, and eventually preventing your hair from faster growth. So stay away from them as much as possible.

Never brush your hair when its wet

Probably this is the worst thing you can do to your hair, because when it’s wet it is most vulnerable and most likely to break off. Better let your hair air dry on its own and only brush it when it's dry.
