The private cook of Gisele and Tom reveals their diet-secrets.

 

It's funny how many people google “Gisele Bündchen Diet“ in hopes of unlocking the secrets to getting her super-toned body. Now Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady's personal chef Allen Campbell revealed what their diet consists of. The Brazilian beauty stays in shape with a strict plant based diet, which bans all dairy, white sugar, white flour, salt, caffeine and even tomatoes, capsicums, mushrooms and eggplants. She prefers including raw foods in her diet and maintains distance from canned or preserved food.

"Eighty percent of what Gisele and Tom eat is vegetables and whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans," the personal chef said. “The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon."

 

"No coffee. No caffeine. No fungus. No dairy. The kids eat fruit. Tom, not so much. He will eat bananas in a smoothie. But otherwise, he prefers not to eat fruits." Campbell also says they stick to gluten-free options as well.

"Tom doesn't eat nightshades, because they're inflammatory," Campbell says. "So no tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants. I'm very cautious about tomatoes. They cause inflammation."

 

So if you want to look like Gisele, your diet most likely won't consist of any white sugar, white flour, MSG, caffeine, alcohol, fungus or dairy. Well, a life without coffee? No way!
