Pumpkin Pie Muffins
40g WOMEN’S BEST "SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
80g Spelt Flour
200g Greek Yoghurt (2% Fat)
200g all natural Pumpkin Puree
50g natural granulated Sweetener
1 tablespoon Gingerbread Spice
Bourbon Vanilla Powder
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1. Pre-heat your Oven to 175 Degrees.
2. In a Bowl simply combine Yoghurt, Egg and Pumpkin Puree.
3. Add Flour, Slim Shake, Sweetener, Baking Powder and Spices.
4. Stir well.
5. Fill the Dough in 10 Muffin Baking Forms./Füllt den Teig in 10 Muffin Formen.
6. Bake for about 20-25 Minutes until lightly brown.
Optional: You can top your Muffins with a simple Glaze made of 40g Powdered All Natural Sweetener and 2-3 Tbsp. warm Water.
