For the dough

40g WOMEN’S BEST "SLIM BODY SHAKE" Powder - Vanilla
40g Oat Flour
40g Almond Flour (or ground Almonds)
100g Greek Yoghurt
1 Egg
40g Natural Sweetener
2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 small Apple, shredded
Bourbon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking Powder


For the streusel

15g Oats
15g ground Almonds
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Granulated Natural Sweetener



1.    Pre-Heat your Oven to 175 Degrees.

2.    In a Bowl, simply combine Egg, Greek Yoghurt, Coconut Oil, Sweetener, Apple, Flours, Slim Shake and Spices.

3.    Prepare your Streusel by adding Coconut Oil to your Oats, Almonds and Sweetener.

4.    Spice with Cinnamon and stir well with a Fork or knead with your Hands.

5.    Fill the Dough into 6 Muffin Baking Dishes and top with Streusel.

6.    Bake for about 15 Minutes.
