Bad Posture

Make your breasts stand up proudly while walking straight. A bad posture causes your boobs to remain in an unnatural position. If this is done for long durations, it leads to sagging breasts. Make sure you are always sitting/standing/walking upright.


Skipping Sunscreen

Exposing your face to UV rays without wearing sunscreen can lead to premature wrinkles, and it has the same effect on your breasts by stretching out collagen and damaging skin.


Hormonal Changes

Birth control is often to blame for premature sagging of the breasts. Birth control pills trick the body into thinking its pregnant by causing a hormone imbalance.


Not Exercising
